About this resource

Fourth grade students will all read the same article or page from a book about their state or city. Students will be asked to find information about the resources that their state has. Librarian will explain that some information is treasure - it directly answers their information need - and some is trash and doesn't answer the question being asked. Students will work independently to put information in the trash or treasure section of a paper.
